BLOOD!

The AoS Blood Warriors are finished. I may put some grass on their bases if/when I Dull Coat them. I've not done it yet because I'm worried that it'll ruin the gold by flattening it out too much. That new Retributor Gold paint is great!

That's it. I'll let the models talk for them selves; no wall of text this week! Feel free to comment/ask questions. Thanks.

    1. The new paint is the best I've ever used by a long long way. It goes on with one coat over black with no problems.

The only problem with The Puss Lord (Mr Nurgle) is that i need to put him on a round base now :-)

    1. Thanks. I've written too much on why AoS is great already but I was talking on the ole' Facebook today with some of the other Mire lads and we were discussing the merits of jigsaw bases to make shieldwalls, command bases like Warmaster and units with multiple banners and musicians. How interesting and cool is that? We were also talking about dwarf oompah bands...

  3. Really clean, smooth and vibrant paint job you've done there. Good work man.

    1. Cheers. I was just going for a look that showed off just how great the models are. Unsurprisingly that meant doing them very like the GW studio painted them.I just hope that I can keep that standard for all the models from the box. There are twenty marauders though, so it think I'm going to struggle!
